A beautiful angel, she walks next to me.
Her heart is mine, her spirit is free.
For all of my life I know she can see
My love for my daughter, forever Chloe.
Chloe Christyne Zulcosky was a vibrant 17-year-old young lady when diagnosed with a Stage V Glioblastoma malignant brain tumor. Our world would forever be changed, especially Chloe’s. She did not let that stop her from her love of life, she kept full speed ahead. Chloe was homebound schooled her senior year. She continued to go to her concerts, Islands Of Adventure, concentrating on her photography and spending time with family and friends. Chloe loved everyone, she never met a stranger. In return, she was loved by all that she encountered and befriended. Chloe wanted to live a long life and had her college all planned. Chloe never one day while sick and in and out of the hospital felt sorry for herself or complained. Through all of that Chloe has no idea how many lives she touched before she was diagnosed and while fighting the evil beast. Chloe to this day continues to touch so many lives and lives on. She fought valiantly for 10 1/2 months until she succumbed to that beast. Tiffany blue was Chloe’s favorite color, music was her passion, dance-filled her spirit, hand-cupped heart shapes filled her photos and she cherished her family with all of her heart and soul. Chloe was a devoted daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend, co-worker, leader, achiever, fighter to the end; SHS Cheerleading Captain, Homecoming Queen, National Honor Society Member, Student Council Member, Tribe Member and Leadership Team Member. These are just a few of the tidbits describing how our beautiful Chloe celebrated her life from March 6, 1994 to July 25, 2012.
